No Gym, No Problem!
If you follow me on Instagram + see my stories, you know that I recently asked if you guys wanted links to some of my absolute favorite at-home workouts! Sorry it's taken me a bit longer than expected to share, but it's been a little crazy here lately... what else is new. ;) Zach and I were just in Puerto Rico earlier this week and I am currently en route back to NYC from Wisconsin after attending my gorgeous future sister-in-law's bridal shower. It was the best!!
So anyways, you don't always need a gym to get a good workout in. Gym memberships are expensive ((especially in NYC!)) but don't let that be your excuse to not staying active and in shape. Whether you go outside for a run or yoga, getting up and out is always a good idea. However, even if you don't feel like or have the time to leave your apartment/house, I've got you covered.
First things first-- TRACY FREAKIN ANDERSON. Y'all know that I am obsessed with this chick. She's so amazing!! I've been doing her workouts for almost 7 years now bc I love them SO, so much. My sister introduced me to her way back when and both of us have been hooked since. She's such a boss! I've done her Metamorphosis DVD's forever ((which I *highly* recommend)), but I also do several of her YouTube videos when I'm too lazy to put in the DVD, ha! Here are my top favorites, but honestly if you just search her name in YouTube you'll find SO many to choose from and can find the perfect one for you.
ABS: 9 minute video
ARMS: 5 minute video
LEGS + BUTT: 16 minute video
DANCE CARDIO: 10 minute video

If you're more of a yoga gal, then I'll share a few of my favorite yoga videos too! My go-to is Tara Stiles... once again, total boss. She's amazing and even if I only have 10 minutes, I know after I do one of her "classes" I'll end up feeling refreshed and lengthened!
Morning Yoga: 10 Minute Video
Full Body Yoga: 9 Minute Video
De- Stress Yoga: 10 Minute Video
Okay that's it for now! Working out can sometimes feel so overwhelming, but if you set your mind to truly committing to even just one video every other day, you'll feel SO much better! Starting there will only leave you wanting to do more... :)
Please let me know how you guys like these videos! I always love hearing feedback from y'all!!
